About Us
Honeylands Naturally Limited commenced its current operation in 1995 as a family owned business. Chris Watkins and Helen Ninkie drew on their industry associations which commenced in 1990 to establish the company and the Honeylands Naturally brand, developing a world-wide network of contacts. This has assisted them to deliver against their vision to be both a national and international supplier, meeting the product requirements of customers in the airline, hospitality, foodservice and healthcare sectors.
Chris’ past experience ( in New Zealand and the United Kingdom) includes engineering, packaging and marketing together with a special interest in the manufacture of special purpose machinery; a major and unique achievement being the development of components for the Trans Siberian Pipeline. This wealth of experience has influenced his guidance of Honeylands products and unique packaging into the hospitality arena.
Helen draws on her vast experience in business administration to lead the sales and design activity.

Food safety is paramount and Honeylands operates against an accredited HACCP programme in a purpose built manufacturing environment.

Associations
Honeylands is a member of the Airline Catering Network (NZACN). NZACN was created in 1989 with support from the New Zealand Government, to focus specifically on supplying quality food and beverages to the airline catering industry internationally. NZACN provides customers with a comprehensive range of complimentary products under one umbrella.
